I AM STRONG

I have learned something amazing

About myself

You can trip me

You can knock me down

You can twist my mind

You can break my heart

You can even shake my faith

You can cause turmoil and confusion in my life

But you will never break my spirit

You will never keep me down

I will not shatter like broken glass

I will get back up

Reset my mind

Heal my own heart

Find faith again

Believe in myself

Learn and grow and STAND UP

Because I AM STRONG.
